Visit our lovingly renovated farmhouse and barn set in two acres of beautiful Croatian countryside amongst the local winehouses, where life is taken slowly.
You can relax by the private swimming pool in the large garden or in the cobbled courtyard where the only noise is the sound of birds singing. The house is fully furnished to a high standard with all that is required for a self catering holiday, incorporating a well equipped kitchen with washing machine,cooker and hob, fridge,freezer and microwave.
The lounge has large sofa beds and includes a dining area with adequate seating for guests.
A large downstairs wetroom with full shower and bath allows easy access for the less able bodied, along with a twin bedded room for sleeping. Upstairs is furnished with two double bedrooms one with en-suite facilities.
The house has air conditioning, satellite TV, wireless internet connection and DVD with surround sound system.
The barn conversion is seperate to the house and shares the facilities of the garden and swimming pool.
The Nest as we call it is furnished to a high standard and is great for two people to enjoy a self catering holiday, again it boasts air conditioning, one bedroom, one bathroom, TV, sound system and wireless internet connection.

Vrbovec is situated 2O minutes from the cosmopolitan city of Zagreb where many shops supply the fashions of Milan and superb restaurants offering the many wonderful croatian foods.
Our property sits in a small village approxiamately 5km's from the town which has plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. Our own local village has a shop which is just a five minute walk from the house.
During your stay at the house you have easy access to the motorway network which allows access to the world heritage site of the Plitvice Falls,the chocolate box town of Varazdin, the baroque castle of Trackosan and many other attractions.
The area is great for holidaymakers during both winter and summer months with golfing/fishing available for the summer and the slopes of the Medvednica available for ski-ing in the winter.
