The house, Kuca Simla, is located overlooking the sea in a small village with a harbour, restaurants, shop and bars. It is a 5 minute walk to a beautiful bay, for swimming and sunbathing.
The house is divided into two self- contained apartments, each air- conditioned and with its own terrace, shower- room and kitchen.
The house is set in its own terraced garden, containing olive trees and other plants. Since it comprises two self- contained apartments, each has their own outdoor space/ terrace.
The upstairs apartment comprises two double bedrooms, bathroom, hall and large kitchen- diner. The downstairs apartment comprises one double bedroom, shower- room with basin and w.c., a small twin room with bunk- beds, a kitchen diner and a bed- sitting room with convertible couch, tv and dvd player. All bedrooms have wardrobes, drawers and dressing tables.
There is also a stone- built barbecue, enabling you to take advantage of the delicious local fresh meat and fish.
There is private parking for two vehicles.
Location Description.
Splitska is a village on the island of Brac, 8km from the ferry port of Supetar, with very frequent ferries to Split. Brac can also be reached by way of ferry from Makarska to Sumartin, though that entails a longer drive across the island.
