It is a two-floors house, one apartment on each floor. It is being rented
as one because one should pass through the ground floor apartment to get on the attic.
APARTMENT A (60 m2): Ground floor. Consisting of two double bedrooms,
bathroom, kitchen (including dish-washer), living room( SAT - TV), and most
important for the summer, a spacious terrace (15 m2) with the beautiful sea
view and barbecue.
APARTMENT B (30m2): one in the attic. Consisting of 2 double bedrooms,
bathroom, small kitchen and two balconies.
Villa Peggy is perfect place for two families (8-10 persons) who want to
spend their holidays together.Location Description.
The house is situated in the small bay called 'Tepli bok', and is 15 meters
from the sea and 500 meters from the centre of the small fishing village,
Maslinica, where there are several grocery shops and restaurants.
It is an ideal place for wind-surfing because 'maestral' wind which also is
a reason why it's never unbearably hot (there is no AC because there is no
need for it).
