Please see further photos below of the amazing Villa. This is ONE HOME NOT APARTMENTS - Villa Rosemarine is an impressive villa built of Brac stone (the same stone as the US White House). During the winter of 2010 the villa was completely rebuilt to a very high luxury standard - the villa is now one of the most desirable on the Adriatic as not only is it an executive standard but the villa enjoys being in a quiet bay with a national park so it is very PEACEFUL.
When you arrive at Villa Rosemarine there is a beautiful garden with lavender, pines, palms, bougainvillea, rosemary, geraniums and many other mediterranean plants.
The villa is entered through the middle level were you will find three bedrooms and three bathrooms as well as one of the 3 entertainment rooms complete with plasma satellite TV/DVD and three terraces.
The top floor of the villa is the penthouse which has two bedrooms and two designer leather bathrooms - with Philip Starke white ware. There is also a kitchenette and sitting room with plasma satalitte TV/DVD and library of DVD movies as well as two terraces one of which is perfect for nude sunbathing.
On the ground floor you will find one huge bedroom and one bathroom, this room also has a day bed perfect for families complete with Plasma satellite TV/DVD. ON this level there is a divine new cream leather sofa looking out to the sea. Underfloor heating a beautiful stone open fireplace are there for the cooler months and aircon for the summer although there is such a beautiful breeze coming off the Adriatic there is usually no need for it. The main culinary kitchen and dining room (full cooking can be arranged by the villa managers) are on this level as well as the covered terrace and alfresco dining areas.
Outdoor terraces give plenty of space for relaxing and privacy. From this level there are 5 steps to another set of terraces, one of which has a Jacuzzi another with a hammock. A large day bed with loads of cushions can be found here - perfect to read a book and look onto the sea.
From here you stroll into the Adriatic sea, there are steps right into the crystal water. There is also a buoy available to tie up our boat. This can be rented on a daily basis and arranged by the staff at the villa. We have all new "toys' for behind the boat as well as new kayaks, new bikes, new snorkles and fins and many other things such as ping pong table to keep everyone happy.
A certain serenity can be found at Villa Rosemarine due to the fact that it is built on a headland with pine trees and wild rosemary growing throughout the garden providing privacy and shade.
It is certainly a perfect place for a fine family holiday.

Location Description.
The villa is 5 minutes drive to the nearest fishing village of Sumartin,where you will find a bakery, supermarket and three restaurants and a number of cafe bars. The coffee culture is very strong in Croatia.
The village of Selca is also five minutes away which has beautiful architecture, small shops and cafe bars as well as a few restaurants.
Being right on the Adriatic sea the villa lends itself to many activities such as water skiing, scuba diving, fishing and sailing, all of which can be arranged by the villa managers who are available for up to eight hours per day.
A half hour car ferry ride away will take you to the sophisticated town of Makarska, there you will find divine architecture and many designer shops as well as fine restaurants.
