Apartment 1
The newly renovated, air conditioned 1 bedroom apartment sleeps up to 3 people. It is self contained with its own private entrance and balcony with 180 degree water views.
The open air balcony has a sun cover that can be opened and closed, a wooden table, chairs and lounge chairs. Here you can sunbathe, watch your children swim in front of the house, or enjoy dinner under the stars.
The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, shelves and an opening window.
The bathroom has a sink, toilet, spacious shower, heater and hairdryer. There is access to a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The self catering apartment has a fully equipped kitchen/living room, with a sink, fridge with freezer, oven with cook top, microwave, kettle and toaster.
There is a TV/satellite, dining table and chairs, a fold out sofa bed and large double doors that open out onto the balcony.
Apartment 2
The newly renovated, air conditioned 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment sleeps up to 5 people. (The details are the same as above, but there is an extra bedroom with bathroom.)
For guests who will be staying a shorter period of time, we have 2 twin/double rooms which are newly renovated and self catering.
Each room is self contained with its own private entrance and private bathroom. Each room sleeps 2 people with 2 single beds that can be joined together.
The rooms also have an opening window, wardrobe, 2 bedside tables and coffee making facilities. The bathrooms have a cupboard, sink, toilet, spacious shower and heater.
All guests have access to the private jetty/dock and barbeque area. We offer free arrival pick-up and departure drop off from Korcula Town.
If traveling by car we can provide directions and parking. Mooring for boats costs extra.
The owners (1 Australian born) speak English, Croatian, French, German and Italian. They pride themselves on providing their guests with all the extra information, recommendations and services they could possibly need, to ensure that their stay is a very memorable and enjoyable experience.
Location Description.
The waterfront villa is in an exclusive and quiet neighborhood, less than a 10 minute stroll from the old town of Korcula and the town center.
It is quite close so that everything is easily accessible, but just far enough so you can enjoy peace and privacy.
Located in the nearest bay to Korcula Old Town, the villa boasts 180 degree views of the sea, surrounding forests and Mount Ilija on the mainland.
Being situated only 5 meters from the sea, you can swim in front of the property or there are several beaches in the area, the nearest sand beach is about 300m away.
The property is nestled amongst a pine and cypress forest, and it is a great place for bush walking.
We organize boat and bike rental, excursions and fishing trips at a reasonable price.

KORCULA OLD TOWN is a miniature Dubrovnik, only cheaper and with a lot less tourists. It is renowned for its history and architecture, and for being the birth place of Marco Polo. You can wander around the walled town of Korcula with its 6 towers and cannons. Discover the house of Marko Polo. Visit Saint Mark’s Cathedral and the other Catholic churches. See the Town Museum and the Abbey Palace Treasury. Take photos of the main entrance into the Old Town, St. Mark’s Square and the Town Hall Square. You can enjoy a performance of traditional a copella singers, or of the Moreska folkloric sword dance. Watch a current film at the outdoor open air cinema within the walls of the Old Town. Experience the Mediterranean café culture with freshly brewed coffee and Dalmatian cakes at an outdoor cafe. Sample the island’s wines and gourmet cuisine at one of the simple konobas, or take away from the quaint family restaurant next door to our villa. Purchase fresh local produce at the open air market, prepare it in the apartment and dine alfresco. .
Korcula Island : The villa is located on the island of Korcula, in the town of the same name. The island is part of the southern Dalmatian archipelago, and is found approximately half way between the cities of Dubrovnik and Split. Tourists use Korcula Island as a base, as its location enables you to go on a variety of day trips. Korcula has a mild Mediterranean climate and enjoys approximately 3000 hours of sunshine per year. The island is unspoiled with an abundance of secluded places to swim in its crystal clear sea, and it is the most densely forested of Croatia’s islands. Korcula is also a famous wine and olive oil making district.
